Today we had a check up with Dr. Hansen, pediatric dermatologist at PCH. He examined Brandon's moles, said they are Eruptive Moles or Eruptive Nevi. They are due to LCH lesions that were very prolific in the groin area. He may never get another one, or he may get numerous outcroppings. Regardless, they are harmless. He doesn't need to see Brandon again for 2 years unless they become large or irregular in shape.

We also had Brandon's bi-annual check up with Dr. Wood today. He said he looks great, healthy, and is within the growth range of 4 - 6 cm. per year. Brandon was 110 cm in March of 2011, 112 cm in September 2011 and is now 116 cm. Dr. Wood also decided that Brandon doesn't need any scans at this time. He is going to push out the date from every 12 months to every 18 to 24 months. When Brandon has his next appointment in the fall, he'll re-evaluate him for his next set of scans.
